Thousands of people marched in the Paris rain on Saturday to denounce plans to renew France's state of emergency and revoke the French citizenship of dual nationals convicted of terrorism.
Human rights groups, politicians and unions joined the march in the French capital, and in other demonstrations around France. The protests came just days before the Cabinet plans to review a measure on Wednesday to prolong the state of emergency, first imposed after the Nov. 13 Paris attacks that killed 130 people.
The state of emergency gives more power to police and administrative authorities, allowing for searches without warrants, house arrests and other measures.
"My France of liberties, where are you?" read one banner.
Opponents of another plan to revoke citizenship for dual nationals convicted of terrorism claim the move would feed racism, creating a two-tier system of citizens. Many dual nationals are Muslims, and some feel they are blamed for attacks by Islamist extremists.

After a slight distraction, its back to stupidity.
No doubt the thousands were comprised of an overwhelming majority of dual citizenship inhabitants who are afraid of losing their free ride on the backs of productive French citizens.
Some of the protestors look like Muslims. Interesting to know what their numbers actually were, since we can count on the media to underplay the Muslim participants as much as possible.
France must face facts, bite the bullet, and disregard the Communists that would have her roll over to expose a soft underbelly.
Get the Muslims the ‘H’ out of there. Send them back where they belong.
Unfortunately they need a few more wake ups, but even then.

The nyt reports on a later event as does the guardian in which case those particular fish wraps could not seem to get hold of a helicopter photo between them.

I have a photo of it. I always assumed it was the reported hundreds of thousands. Researching this today I learn that it is 1.4 million per life site news. With helicopter photos and reports of methods of determining numbers
Soon enough there will be enough muslims that it won’t matter anymore....
