Y-A-W-N.
regarding the upcoming show about safe storage of firearms — I call it a holster for handguns, a corner for everything else.
People see through the propaganda. Who do they think they’re fooling?
Hmmmm. I don’t see any bibles present, clutched in these bitter clingers hands. :>)
This could be easily countered IF the NRA ran shows that show the many many people SAVED by guns- run it over and over and over again- and show gangs murdering each other and make the statement that there is NO waY law abiding citizens should be forced to give yup their second amendment rights AND that because the government refuses to crack down on gang violence that this is just further proof that WE MUST protect ourselves- Also show things like all the unarmed civilians who were murdered by their own governments after the government stepped in and confiscated their firearms- etc etc etc
Book the show to air right after the anti-gun show
That would not be a bad study if done truthfully.
It would show what was behind a lot of fig leaves. Most American guns are never fired in anger, unless target practice in preparation for SHTF counts. They are a good, not perfect means of self defense when used sanely, and most civically honest people continue to use them in the fear of God.
Here’s what I think that the totalitarian gun grabbers are going to do next:
1. Force all gun sellers (private and public) to only accept traceable payments- ie a cash ban.
2. Force all gun dealers and sellers to maintain a registry of the purchase.
3. State agency with administrative subpoena power to obtain information w/o notification or consent of purchaser.
4. Penalties for not maintaining records.
De facto gun registry will be forced on sellers. In WI, we have a RINO bill that does just that for a different application. I think they want the precedent and template for something else.
Other than 1), all the rest already exist, with the ATF “Form 4470”, or current state authority (#3).
Thanks for the info.
However, this could filter down to private sales with the requirement that the simple private seller maintains a traceable list. If they don’t, financial penalty and/or gun confiscation.
That’s a big reason for this war on cash.
The phrase “gun violence” is interesting in that it implies the supporters of reducing this supposed phenomenon are in favor of all other forms of violence. So let’s call the org what it is: The Coalition For Knife, Machete, Baseball Bat, Molotov Cocktail, (gunless) Domestic, Abortion, Immigrant Gang Rape, and all other conceivable alternative forms of violence on the planet.
Hooray for all forms of violence that don’t involve guns. Except when the government does it.
I suspect that some day, many of these people will be oh-so-surprised that discover that the targets of their tyranny take it so personally...
New, on The Propaganda Channel ...
Will this program have commercial sponsors? Will they be boycotted and deluged with angry letters?
Now I know what I wo’nt be watching on those days.
I don't think even a gun-grabbing legislator would put forth legislation with a requirement like that, and expect to stay in office.
There are a few crazy gun grabbing states. CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, IL.
Then there are even crazier cities that could pull this as well.
The media would get on board with the commies and could pull this off. They are obsessed with private sales and the so-called gun show loophole. Tracing back a gun used in a crime to a private seller or dealer means that more gun owners and gun dealers will be caught up in their web. That’s why cash bans and any seller/dealer registries need to be aggressively identifies and opposed.
Probably the usual suspects; Bloomberg, Soros & Buffett.
