A Minnesota judge has ordered a check-print and financial services company to pay $115,000 in damages and attorney fees and write a letter of apology to a transgender woman for refusing to allow her to use the women's bathroom.

All Bathroom Facilities in ALL Public Buildings SHALL be immediately CLOSED and made Inoperative. There shall b Public Unisex Toilets Installed Outside of every Public Building for the Employees and Citizens..

Now men can compete in women’s sports, use women’s bathrooms, apply for women only scholarships, apply for women only business set-asides and use the lower APFT test in the military.
Could be a win.
Time for men to get women’s rates on life insurance. RIGHT ??!?
Women already benefit in social security benefits. Working, the same pay gets the same deduction, whether male or female. Men statistically die sooner, so women will end up collecting MORE than men from the SS system. Not fair. Payout favors the female in the end.
I’m waiting for one of these guys to sue because there are no urinals in the womens’ bathroom.

Just wait... Next, some guy, dressed like a guy, will claim to be a transgendered-transgendered woman, that is, a born-male who identifies as a woman who likes to dress as a man.
Then what will the courts say? They won’t be able to keep him out of the ladies’ rooms, either, because, after all, a woman doesn’t have to dress in feminine clothing to use the ladies’ room, right?
Plus, they should begin saving for the next lawsuit:
The woman raped and murdered in the restroom by a man in a dress.
This “transgender” fad is just the latest manifestation of the left’s preference for sheer insanity.
If you have a penis, you’re a man.
If you don’t, you’re a woman.
If you’re a man, you pee in the men’s room.
If you’re not, you pee in the women’s room... because you’re a woman!
If someone’s so confused that they don’t seem to know WHAT sex they are (and looking between their legs doesn’t seem to answer the question for them), they should be seeing a psychiatrist.
Certainly, if that was my company, I’d see hell freeze over before complying with some leftist idiot judge’s determination that I have to pay someone because I won’t let them use the wrong restroom.

Many years ago after a particular set of hurricanes came blowing through Florida, I happened to overhear a conversation at a barbershop.
There were three individuals talking and what they were saying was eye-opening to me. They were discussing who was going to ‘get it’ when SHTF finally happened. There are people out there that hold grudges forever and when or if the opportunity arises they will carry out their ideas for settling the grudge.
Just something to think about I suppose with these over the top rulings by judges in this country.

I don’t know if this judge was appointed or voted into office but didn’t he have a record prior to this ruling?
When it comes time to vote for judges, how can a voter distinguish between a constitutionalist judge and an activist judge?
We rate politicians (Conservative Review, ACU, etc.) but I never see ratings for the Judges.
