If you have a penis, you’re a man.
If you don’t, you’re a woman.
If you’re a man, you pee in the men’s room.
If you’re not, you pee in the women’s room... because you’re a woman!
If someone’s so confused that they don’t seem to know WHAT sex they are (and looking between their legs doesn’t seem to answer the question for them), they should be seeing a psychiatrist.
Certainly, if that was my company, I’d see hell freeze over before complying with some leftist idiot judge’s determination that I have to pay someone because I won’t let them use the wrong restroom.

Simple solution. Eliminate “men’s” and “women’s” restrooms. Rename them the “penis room” and the “vagina room.”
It doesn’t matter what sex you “identify” as. If you have a penis, you use the penis room. If you have a vagina, you use the vagina room.
