This is actually a pretty good ad exposing how Trump has used eminent domain to bulldoze an elderly woman's home to create a limo parking lot for his casino:

On the other hand, Donald Trump loves Kelo and eminent domain, supported gay marriage, supported Planned Parenthood, supported late-term abortions, supports affirmative action, loves and has used bankruptcy laws, supported drug legalization, believes in Climate Change, supported assault weapon ban, and supports single-payer government health care...just to name a few!

I do NOT subscribe to “the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one”. If that were the case, it would be legal to kill you and harvest your organs to save “the many.”
In addition, in the RARE cases where eminent domain is necessary, it should NEVER be for private business and should NEVER be a way of increasing taxes/revenue.
You have no idea whether that’s true or not. But the ad is accurate in that it states that Trump colluded with state actors to grab this woman’s property using Eminent Domain so he could build a limo parking lot. That is all true and Trump embraces it. So why don’t you?

Eminent Domain - expressly allowed in the 5th Amendment since 1789. Now, which Candidate “opposes” eminent domain?
