I agree. How dare he stand up for the Bill of Rights? Anyway, can we just go to Reno and buy one? What happens if Nevada does the same thing?

“Amendment 4: The right of the people ... things to be seized.”
Can’t you people understand that is just a right wing talking point? - to quote a liberal/socialist I know.

Microsoft is secretly pleased that Windows phones are moribund -- it saves them the trouble of having to consider their customers' privacy. Because with the prior example of Windows 10, you can bet that Windows phones aren't about to start encrypting in a way that only the customer can decrypt.
Go ahead, Microsoft, make a liar out of me, I double-dog dare ya.

A potential boon to shops just across the border in other States and for Android sales. Someone should check the supporting legislators' stock portfolios and see who they are invested in, and how much they would stand to gain...
Sorry for being so cynical here, but this seems like a really stupid idea. The Democratic party and it's followers have completely lost the right to call themselves "liberals" since their positions have virtually nothing to do with liberty - they are the biggest authoritarian fascists on the planet.
