No. It’s a settlement. It looks to be similar to the green scam, where a group like Greenpeace will sue the EPA to force the EPA to do what it wants to do anyway but could not accomplish by rulemaking. The EPA settles and agrees to a court order requiring the EPA to do what it and Greenpeace want it to do anyway.
No appeal follows from a settlement.
Don’t you think the pattern of the CAIR/NY lawsuit has the same stink?

I don’t doubt for a second that things get hidden. There was one of those letter boards outside the local islamic center in my city threatening death to Americans. Someone took a picture of it and posted the picture on facebook, and I saw that picture, today. Yet, I can’t find anything about it on my local news, at least not in print.
It seems the authorities are complicit in crimes? Ya think?
Apparently, the report is available for sale in paperback. Amazon has it for $19.99. Is there anything stopping someone from buying the book, setting up a website, uploading the book and making it available to police all over the country?
Maybe Amazon could be persuaded to bypass profit for national security? Or will they be sued to stop selling?
