The Black Lives Matter movement (BLM) casts itself as a spontaneous uprising born of inner city frustration, but is, in fact, the latest and most dangerous face of a web of well-funded communist/socialist organizations that have been agitating against America for decades. It's agitation has provoked police killings and other violence, lawlessness and unrest in minority communities throughout the U.S. If allowed to continue, that agitation could devolve into anarchy and civil war. The BLM crowd appears to be spoiling for just such an outcome.
Nevertheless, BLM appears to be exercising considerable leverage over the Democratic Party, in part by pressuring and intimidating Democratic candidates such as Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders (VT) into embracing their cause. The movement could also assist President Obama's exploitation of racial divisions in society beyond his final term in office.

BLM is a black version of OWS, designed to put a new face on the strategy to keep blacks on the Dem plantation (in the same manner OWS was to keep young educated whites in the fold). Dems are simply re-branding in an attempt to keep all of the groups they failed for the last 7 years from straying (or becoming apathetic).
BLM doesn’t want a civil war; blacks can’t even fend off the Hispanics that are overwhelming them politically, demographically, etc. - never mind the white devils.
So, the same bunch of radicals that have been around since the Weather Underground in the latter days of the “Peace and Love” movement of the days of Haight and Ashbury in San Francisco?
That “pretty baby” sure grew up to be an ugly and twisted monster. Nihilists, one and all. Anarchy is a dead end, but people keep on wandering over there anyway.
Any movement started on the left is not spontaneous, and certainly none of them are sustained without a bunch of white activists meddling in and bankrolling the groups.

I did a brief google for who's giving grants to "Labor Community Strategy Center". You have the Ford Foundation, the Hewlett Foundation, etc. It seems like a lot of these foundations, set up by wealthy businessmen, have been captured by the Left.
The foundations invest money, get tax-free returns, and give grants to leftist causes.
I think the Republic would benefit from abolishing the whole concept of "tax-exempt non-profits".
BLM is ACORN under a different name.
I noticed Ford and Kellogg along with of course Ben and Jerry’s on the list of contributors. I’ve never owned a Ford and won’t and will not buy any Kellogg products. I never have bought any ice cream from that Marxist company either.
IF this commie bunch that leads this “Black Lives Matter” gang-bangers, then perhaps they could get BLACKS to stop MURDERING BLACKS!!!!!! The RECORD IS CLEAR, blacks KILL MORE blacks than cops, whites and all other races added together!!! Shut down the gang-bangers in the hood and you’ll save hundreds of black lives. Cops kill FAR LESS blacks than anyone.
“Black communists” never gain much traction because in the American experience too many have relied on non-blacks to provide for all of their needs for too long. A movement with a slogan “From each according to his abilities, to each according to his need” will go nowhere with a population that for the most part will never give anything freely - they live to take.
