I have argued for two months that Clinton's legal woes are either grave or worse than grave. That argument has been based on the hard, now public evidence of her failure to safeguard national security secrets and the known manner in which the Department of Justice addresses these failures.
The failure to safeguard state secrets is an area of the law in which the federal government has been aggressive to the point of being merciless. State secrets are the product of members of the intelligence community's risking their lives to obtain information.

The obligation of those to whom state secrets have been entrusted to safeguard them is a rare area in which federal criminal prosecutions can be based on the defendant's negligence. Stated differently, to prosecute Clinton for espionage, the government need not prove that she intended to expose the secrets.
The evidence of Clinton's negligence is overwhelming.

It is the consensus of many of us who monitor government behavior that the FBI will recommend indictment. That recommendation will go to Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who, given Clinton's former status in the government and current status in the Democratic Party, will no doubt consult the White House.
If a federal grand jury were to indict Clinton for espionage or corruption, that would be fatal to her political career.
If the FBI recommends indictment and the attorney general declines to do so, expect Saturday Night Massacre-like leaks of draft indictments, whistleblower revelations and litigation, and FBI resignations, led by the fiercely independent and intellectually honest FBI Director James Comey himself.
That would be fatal to Clinton's political career, as well.

I believe....based on a fair amount of reading over the server....you will not find her signature on any document starting the server or making it the primary source for office email. In this case, the White House could have figured this out in the first 90 days and fixed the problem. They had no desire to involve themselves in her work....keeping her completely out of the loop. There are various meetings that she ended up missing or showing up to find them cancelled. An idiot would have figured out the WH strategy...she’s just there to fill a seat...not to do a job.
The people who did sign their names? Her junior players around her. They all can get some form of federal court action and at the least....some fine. If she were to win the Nov election....they’d all be back. But presently...because of Trump, I’d say her dreams (Sid’s too) are finished.

I suppose we should have seen it coming, but it is astounding to me that, in 2016 America, the Democratic Party will in the end run an avowed socialist for the office of the Presidency.
Barack Obama we can now conclude attempted to eradicate American capitalism, certainly those sectors that he chose to eliminate, while co-opting others through collusion and extortion. Functionally, Obama has been a fascist. But he at least tried to obscure his anti-capitalist views with rhetoric.

And among the three-Hillary Clinton, Obama, and Sanders-Bernie is the least dangerous. Bernie’s vision for America is Sweden, Norway, Denmark perhaps. Who can now deny that Barack Obama’s template for America’s future isn’t Venezuela? Or Cuba? Hillary just wants to change America into something different, not sure she has a vision. For Hillary, the threat of change is just a mechanism for acquiring and maintaining power.
I’m not sure what Donald Trump’s vision is for America, it seems he wants us to be what we once were, and that’s not a bad thing at this juncture. His popularity is certainly an indication that America is awakening to the disaster that the Democratic Party portends for our country. Or what’s left of it.
The main point is that she is running for unconditional immunity, that is why she wants that office. It will require impeachment and conviction to remove the crook. None of the fanciful statutes about forfeit of office can touch Article II. Failing that office she would beg DingleBarry for a pardon. All kinds of Constitutional Crisis loom on the horizon.
It is time for enterprising journalists to badger her with the giant question no-one wants to ask her: If faced with indictment or threatened with impeachment will you follow Nixon's lead and resign the Presidency for the good of the country?

You forgot to include the Democrat party’s twin brother...the REPUBLICAN party. They are a disaster too.
The purpose of the private server was to hide der Hildebeast’s and der Slickmeister’s influence peddling scheme using her position as Secretary of State and his past office as President. This criminal team used the Foundation as a tax shelter to hide their money-making operation that enabled them to make millions of tax free money. The private server was a method to destroy the evidence if the Clintons knew they were going to be investigated. However, their effort to “wipe clean” the hard drives failed. From the recovered data, The FBI will have the evidence to put the Clintons in prison. However, the Obama Regime will keep the Justice Department from indicting the Clintons and are counting on the Democrats to keep hold of the Executive Branch with a Clinton win in the upcoming election. If the Democrats win, the Clintons go scot-free.

Democrats don’t beg. They bargain. He will pardon her and a substantial sum will find its way to his charitable foundation. It will be suitably laundered through third parties; a major book deal, a substantial stipend from some billionaire, a gift from Dubai.
Incidentally, his charitable foundation will dispense even less money to charities than hers does. She needed plausible deniability. He doesn’t. No one would ever dare question his dealings.
Hitlary’s dastardly deeds will continue to go unpunished since there is NO ONE that will do a damn thing about them. Talk about being Teflon coated, she could walk through fire and not one pound of her excessive fat would be rendered.
