It is the most fateful moment in a movie that purports to present a searingly accurate account of the 2012 attacks that left four Americans dead in Benghazi, Libya: a scene in which the highest-ranking CIA operative at a secret agency compound orders his security team to âstand downâ rather than rush off to rescue U.S. diplomats under siege less than a mile away.
According to the officer in charge of the CIAâs Benghazi base that night, the scene in the movie is entirely untrue.
âThere never was a stand-down order,â said the base chief known as Bob, speaking publicly for the first time. âAt no time did I ever second-guess that the team would depart.â

Tres bien mon ami.....
There never was a stand-down order>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
maybe no stand down order of record but there was one in situ not of record, but the three heros of Benghazi who stood and fought, buying time for evcacuation, would have saved Stenvens life if they were not delayed for a half hour by the station chief, who may not have liked Blackwater contracted security officers, as they indeed were.
Little State Department lefties do not like Blackwater.( They kill people and are not bound by military rules of engagement.)
Benghazi ping.
Let Republicanprofessor know if you want on or off this ping list.
Yeah, “Bob” is a RAT-hack. The only thing you can believe is that his lips are moving.
