If memory serves, a protester once threw a shoe at George W. Bush and was arrested for it. No one would do that to Obama—not for fear of arrest—but for fear of being tagged racist. Besides the shoe should probably be a Jimmy Choo anyway. Something like this one would work (give it time to load):
