Trump leaves Ottumwa, Iowa then, I assume hops on his plane and goes waaaaaaaay up to Clear Lake to speak @ 4pm. Tight schedule, so I suspect it will be well organized, AND HE'LL BE ON TIME.
The event will be, as always, live BUT I hear it will be carried on C-Span. ( Please copy and post http://www.c-span.org/video/?402934-1/donald-trump-campaign-rally-clear-lake-iowa )
Many of us are getting into the habit of watching live or on replay then sharing the event with our comments here on FR. We'll attract a few trolls, but keep in mind that in a few more months we'll all be rooting for the same guy (s). For me I'm praying for a Trump/Cruz ticket. Makes sense that Cruz gets this eligibility thing out of the way NOW!!! So he should thank Trump for that. Seriously.
Ok...I digress. How about a little background on Clear Lake, Iowa!!!!?
Well to begin with, the rally takes place at the Surf Ballroom and Museum. Why did Donald pick this place? Well I suspect because it brings back some memories.

Clear Lake is home to the legendary Surf Ballroom, where Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and J.P. âThe Big Bopperâ Richardson played their fateful last gig before perishing in a plane crash a few miles north of town in the early morning hours of February 3, 1959. The Surf, (seen directly above in a 180-degree panorama) considered by many to be a temple of rock ânâ roll, appears much as it did over 50 years ago when the trio of rock pioneers played there. The ballroomâs green room walls are now covered with signatures of entertainers who have played there over the decades. Among the scribbles are lyrics to Don McLeanâs 1971 song American Pie, lamenting âthe day the music diedâ â written by McLean himself.
You can drive a few miles north of town with to the site of the plane crash, where you'll find it memorialized with silver albums, flowers and several pairs of horn-rimmed glasses immortalized by Holly. This is where the music died, but in a way, itâs also where the music began.
And the music continues at the Surf, where â50s-era rock fans make regular pilgrimages to perform, dance to and celebrate the music that, in a way, began on that fateful, frozen night 53 years ago.
This was taken from Gannon Visual Blog Site where you'll find some great photos.
And here's a few things from Wikipedia:

Fox10Phoenix is in HD and the best. C-span is carrying the Clear Water one. There are so many out there now is unreal.
Are any other candidate rallies live? THe more this goes on, the more fanatic his followers and his haters are going to be. I pray that there is something minor, a threat or attempt on his life, that wakes up the SS and the other security people to protect the man. He’s exposed to larger and larger crowds.
He better not fly out of there . . .
I read an article the other day that said that his Secret Service people love him to pieces, and they have never seen anything like this....they are amazed at how kind he is towards them, always shakes their hands and asks them how they are doing....these guys won’t let anything happen to him....
Bump for Great Victory!
(All your rallies belong to us)
I recently posted a piece on Donald Trump attributed to Peggy Noonan. That same piece is also attributed to Chuck Yeager. BOTH ARE BOGUS!
If you saw mine and sent it on, my sincere apologies!
That said, although the sentiments expressed were NOT Noonan’s or Yeager’s, more and more Americans are coming to understand that The Donald may be the only candidate — followed closely by Cruz — with the mindset, guts and other anatomical appurtenances to muck that fetid philosophical, ethical, moral and intellectual whore house on the Potomac!
This is probably our last chance to get that job done before we slide down the drain we’ve been circling for a few decades now.
Must go now and don my OSHA UNapproved asbestos BVDs to prepare for the massive flames from actual whores who deeply resent being compared to the creatures now infesting Malfunction Junction.
The day the music died.
De-ice your plane Duckytail Don!
I asked my girl will Trump win Iowa. She said “Maybe Baby”.
I asked if he could get the Republican nomination. She said “That’ll be the day”.
What if he should become President. “Rave On” she said.
His name is GOLD for all those kinds of rhymes!
dump, pump, clump, sump-pump, frump, grump, slump, whump, frump, hump, lump, mump, RUMP, stump...
Is your girl old enough to vote? And, will she?
Whom will she vote for?
What’s the capacity of the ballroom?
Wow what a genius. She must be at least good looking!
