The tech has never proven valid. Not only that, but what if you really, really need to use that gun right now, and the battery on the fingerprint ID is dead?
I'd have no problem with that tech, as long as all LEOs and Agents nationwide adopt it first, as mandatory, so no one can take their gun from them and use it on them, or someone else.
As long as there is a chance of a wounded strong arm requiring a shift to the other hand, fingerprint tech is dead in the water as is the hapless victim of an attacker and government pipe dreams.
