Paraquat and malathion can have long lasting ‘erosive’ effects, it seems..

“...that they’re “buffoons” with “terrorist” tendencies and unworthy of constitutional protections,.”

Are we sure he’s not talking about muslims?

It would be hilarious to see this liberal pussy go to the scene and try to take them out himself. How long would it take for him to be full of holes, about .075 seconds?

No offense and was not sure if we had posted close in time. If you find out good stuff, it would be best to post with it’s own thread to get the political lurker’s attention. :) Thanks, by the way, I’m doing other research.

Follow the link in post 29.

The full story on this event, courtesy of Brietbart, is an eye-opening read. The Bureau of Land Management has been heavy-handed and unfair in the extreme during events leading up to this conflagration. Cancelling grazing permits, fencing off water sources, flooding ranches ... nasty stuff.

The ranchers in this episode, the Hammonds, lit a back fire to counter an approaching lightning-sparked wildfire, according to Brietbart. The back fire worked perfectly, except the feds accused them of arson and had them hauled into court on terrorism charges! Say what?!?

By all means, please follow the link in post 29. (I don’t know how to post links, sorry.)

Thanks SO MUCH...the link in your post # 29 was EXACTLY what I was looking for...an IN-DEPTH history and analysis of exactly what the malicious, grasping, power-hungry feds are doing to these Oregon land owners. It's frightening, it's despicable, it's anti-Constitutional and it's against every conservative principle in the book.

It's very detailed, so I scanned it and bookmarked it for further perusal tonight.

It's an article that really reveals what the enemedia is LEAVING out in their reportage of the protest!

Good work in unearthing this article. Every freeper should read it.

My father WWII vet and O-6 AF oldest O-6 time in grade retired one year after I entered pilot training, or three weeks after I graduated UPT. Now I am retired, actually been retired longer than I served. Thanks to you and yours for helping to pay for the fuel and airplanes I flew and my retirement compensation. It is one reason I still work and pay taxes twenty years past when some have retired.

This Montel Williams?

Television talk-show host Montel Williams joined the list of celebrities who behave poorly yesterday when he verbally attacked a high school student working as a student-intern reporter, telling her “I can look you up, find where you live and blow you up.”

Oh yeah, I would really value anything he says.

SARCASM(because apparently I have to)

Munite_gal, here's a CBS link that includes the interview...it is about the last minute of the interview:

Ammmon Bundy's interview with CBS THis Morning

In that interview, Ammon Bundy had the following to say:

"The wildlife refuge has been a tool that government has used for many years to take the land and resources away from the people. The people of this county are being abused and they're being prosecuted because they're not willing to sell to the federal government, and it's just one of those things that just cannot continue."

When asked if he was the militia, he saod,

"We are not militia, we are concerned American citizens that are willing to stand for their rights."

When asked if he would use his weapons, he said,

"We need to defend ourselves. There's an imminent threat towards us and it is our right to do that. We are serious about being here and we are serious about defending our rights, about getting some things straightened out but we have no intention of using any type of force, intimidation."

When asked about the ongoing negotiations,

"They tried for actually over a year to try to get some justice in the situation and there was none offered. In fact they ignored and so now the people are checking and balancing their government as... we have the right to do."

Montel Williams needs to be held to his own standard of justice.

I can also say that I took an oath to protect and defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.

The problem is that the Commander in Chief is domestic enemy number one.
