In a long campaign that's far from over, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's comment in Grand Rapids, Mich., that Hillary Clinton - former first lady, former U.S. senator, former secretary of state, woman = "got schlonged" in her 2008 primary run might be considered just another insult from a tycoon-turned-politician eager for the spotlight. Trump, after all, has been down in the dirt slinging mud before, calling Rosie O'Donnell a "fat pig" and a "slob" and making comments that certainly seemed critical of Megyn Kelly's menstrual cycle.
But there was something different about "schlonged." Sure, it was sexist - especially given Trump's general disapproval of Clinton's bathroom use during the recent Democratic presidential debate.

With the way Trump has survived other campaign-ending moments, I’d say this will blow over.
He certainly has lots of other examples of the other side’s infractions....probably with some pictures like of Anthony Weiner’s weiner in social media. :0)

Not quite, his fingers are open and the angle from the shoulder isn’t there (its at an angle out vs. straight in front). It looks like he’s trying to get the crowd to calm down.
“Only one use of “schlonged†as a verb came from a respected source. In 2011, NPR’s Neal Conan made this observation (to The Post’s Chris Cillizza) on the 1984 Walter Mondale/Geraldine Ferraro campaign: “That ticket went on to get schlonged at the polls.†“
Buried in this article is a reference to the word used exactly the same way Trump used it.

Don’t know if it has a Yiddish origin or not, but have heard it used as another term for a male appendage (schlong). In this case, as a verb, to be, er, um, poked.

I think I’d rather have a candidate that at least speaks his mind. To me it’s a mechanism to see into how one feels about something at the time.
With Obama (or any of the other GOPe principals) we never get what they really think - only what the want to tell us (usually a lie).
Personally, I’d hazard a guess that what Obama really, really things about race, traditional America and religion (his religion - Islam) would shock the world if we actually heard it. To me, there’s an unspeakable evil inside him.
