The numbers of potential jihadists among the majority of Muslims who appear not to be sympathetic to such notions raise a number of public policy choices that warrant careful consideration and urgent debate, including: the necessity for enhanced surveillance of Muslim communities; refugee resettlement, asylum and other immigration programs that are swelling their numbers and density; and the viability of so-called "countering violent extremism" initiatives that are supposed to stymie radicalization within those communities.

41% of Pakistanis approve of attacks on Americans
38% of Moroccans approve of attacks on Americans
83% of Palestinians approve of some or most groups that attack Americans (only 14% oppose)
62% of Jordanians approve of some or most groups that attack Americans (21% oppose)
42% of Turks approve of some or most groups that attack Americans (45% oppose)
A minority of Muslims disagreed entirely with terror attacks on Americans:
(Egypt 34%; Indonesia 45%; Pakistan 33%)
About half of those opposed to attacking Americans were sympathetic with al-Qaeda’s attitude toward the U.S.

A recent poll in Egypt found that 85% of Egyptians think that the penalty for leaving Islam should be death.

I bet 61% of Egyptians want attacks on Americans. Obama put the Muslim Brotherhood in charge of their country. They were lucky to get rid of the MB.
As a Muslim, either you believe in the entire Koran as it is written and you are a radical who belives in jihad.

Muslims are not compatable with America

I’m not surprised. Even in polls that showed lower levels of support for example “violence in response to cartoons” a huge number claimed that they “didn’t know enough to answer” which is basically an admission that they accept that violence in response to cartoons is something they have to actually think about or just as question they won’t answer.
