A 'MACHETE-WIELDING' man has slashed a man's throat at a station in London as he shouted "this is for Syria", witnesses claim.
A man was stabbed in the ticket hall at Leytonstone station this evening by another man who witnesses say shouted "This is for Syria" as he slashed his throat.
Another three are thought to have been injured.
The Met Police said its counter-terrorism command unit is now investigating the incident.

All I know is the UK needs to adopt common sense blade control laws. Who really needs a blade anyway? Can't we ask our local butcher to cut our meat?

One indicator that we’re going to win the battle against Islam will be when Europe starts passing laws so its citizens can carry weapons and defend themselves. Until that happens any fighting will be with one hand behind our backs and by the Marquis of Queensbury rules; which is a guaranteed loss.

They have already pretty much banned knives in the UK. The guy was in a self-defense prohibited zone and in violation of plenty of UK laws well before he tried to murder someone.
For some some reason that does not seem to have discouraged him.
The Guardian is reporting it was a pair of scissors. So no cutting up parcels anymore. They’ll have to go to the dry cleaners to get their packages opened. Sort of like the old days when the bakeries baked their Christmas puddings and goose!
All metals MUST BE BANNED.
