Ahmed Mohamed, the 14-year-old so-called “clock kid†who made headlines after being arrested for bringing a homemade clock to his Texas school, is seeking $15 million in damages and written apologies from the Irving, Texas mayor and police chief.

My response would have had two words, with the second being “you”.

This kid was on the “Doctor” oz show. Was invited to the white house.

15 million in DAMAGES? Getting invited to the WH and an invite to live in Quatar and a scholarship hardly sounds like damages. He’s basically been made a celebrity.

This is a better version - it shows this was no clock made by some boy genius tinkerer.
If you watch the Maher video, he told Mark Cuban that he was actually happy because he was getting all kinds of offers to go to different schools and would never go back to MacAurthur (his old school). There are no damages.
This political correctness is killing us.
