Donald Trump has re-established his commanding lead of the Republican presidential race in a new Washington Post/ABC News poll.
If anything, the poll shows that Trump's surge seems to be strong and possibly getting stronger. As the Post points out, the poll comes after a "tumultuous period that has included terrorist attacks in Paris, calls for stepped-up efforts to combat Islamic State militants, a backlash against accepting refugees from Syria, and two Republican debates..."
Trump's sizable lead puts him ahead of the popular but controversial Ben Carson. Trump leads the field with 32 percent support among registered Republicans and Republican-leaning independents. Running second is retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson at 22 percent. Both figures are identical to last month.

Yes, the Ailes chorus line at FOX is going to really have a hard time with this....and I, for one, am getting real tired of their anti-Trump efforts. Even though it should be obvious to Ailes that the American public do not want another ESTABLISHMENT RINO....even though Ailes, et al, have an obvious political/financial interest the establishment status quo - the American public be damned.

Jeb would “fix” immigration like W did. What did W do with the border situation after 911? I don’t think much of anything. I blame this whole terror threat on the USA on Bush, Obama and all Congressmen since 911. They have known for years that we have an open border and that we have zero idea who has come in here for years. Neither party has done anything to make sure our immigration laws have been enforced. Especially bad after 911. What about the ones that overstay thier VISAs-Nothing. Now, we Americans have to listen to their pc crap about clock boy and the poor Muslims while we all just hope and pray our restaurant doesn’t get blown up on a Friday night. I blame them all. Couldn’t be happier about the Jeb news. Now we need to get GOPe alternate Rubio down to the same level.
If after all this, Jeb is the nominee - we can officially discard any notion that we have a voice in government. May as well commence with the "reset".
