"......Trump's twofer-attacking Carson's faith and character-reveals his glaring blind spots. No candidate should ever, ever attack an evangelical for his faith in Iowa, of all places. Iowa is home to a hugely influential evangelical community that won't particularly warm to a candidate who implies Seventh Day Adventists are members of some wacko cult. Carson has great appeal to the evangelical community. Although the percentage of Iowans who are evangelical Christians is about one in four,...they represent nearly 60 percent of the Republican caucus turnout.....
....It is ironic that Trump, who is a long-time member of the Presbyterian Church USA, would indirectly smear-to put it politely-the Seventh Day Adventists. Seventh Day Adventists are a Protestant denomination some may feel lies outside traditional Christian orthodoxy, but to imply the denomination is a weird cult is inaccurate...
What unites Adventists with many other evangelicals is their belief in doctrines such as the infallibility of scripture and the Holy Trinity.....
As for the response of the PCUSA to the Planned Parenthood videos revealing the sale of baby body parts?
Silence.
According to Presbyterians Pro-Life site, "It's no surprise that the Presbyterian Church USA has not spoken out against PP. The denomination has advocated against any legal restriction of abortion for years...all advocacy coming from the denomination in the last few decades has been in favor of a woman's unrestricted "right" to abort...."
Further, it appears PP and the PCUSA are allied:....
...And what about the church's stand on traditional marriage? That, too, has changed.
....What about Trump's denomination's stance on divestment of companies doing business with Israel?......
..While Trump is implying Carson's membership in the Seventh Day Adventist Church is suspicious; and while he is characterizing Carson's former struggles with anger as the equivalent of child molestation, Trump's own "middle of the road" church is about as far Left as they come......

And Walker is *still* down and out.
;D
WRONG!
Trump grows stronger with each attack.
Who is Walker? Is that the guy who makes Johnnie Walker Scotch?
SDA permits abortion, ya know.
They have “modernized” their stance.
Might as well be, now.
:)
I disapprove of the personal attack on Carson, but I would feel silly calling it a big mistake. In a week in which his polling numbers went from first place at around 27% to first place at around 40%, it’s hard to call anything Trump did a mistake.
Why did your poll post get zotted?
Oh, he’s a goner fer sure this time.
As Coulter says, with this latest terrorist attack in France, Trump just won. Game over.
As Rush pointed out on his Friday EIB show, that Reuter's poll was taken before Trump's 90 minute meltdown.
I heard he dropped out while you were typing that post.
None of that matters anymore. Maybe it did in 1999, 2007, and 2011. We had luxuries back then.
There’s only one issue in 2016 the GOP must be on the right side and focus on if we want the US to remain a republic.
Is the author off his rocker?
The "game" isn't over.
Imagine the voters sizing up Hillary and Trump in a general election match up:
Eeny, meeny, miny, moe...
...My mother told me/says to pick the very best one, and that is Y-O-U
He didn’t have a “melt down” and your hatred of Trump will be your undoing when he is the nominee.
Sounds like last week’s news.
your obsession with a candidate you don’t back proves you have mental problems as bad as Carson
Ugh, they got him.
