We need to talk about Drudge.
That's Matt Drudge, the king of conservative media, whose old-school site has 2 million daily unique visitors and roughly 700 million monthly page views.
When I first became a reporter (waaay back in the early aughts), I was shocked how many newsrooms — whose editors worshiped at the altar of objectivity — relied on the Drudge Report for story ideas.
To the site's credit, there was no equivalent at that time on the left. There were plenty of liberal publications like Mother Jones and The Nation, but they offered long, nuanced takes on important matters like the Israeli-Palestinian conflict — not quick links to irresistible (and often fun) stories of the day.
And after years of conservatives whining about "liberal bias," Drudge offered an easy "correction" to that for newsrooms.
The Drudge Report is crack for political reporters, which is why there's muted criticism, even when the site peddles false stories. Just one link to your story and you're guaranteed gangbusters traffic. Your editor will love you and you might garner some instant (Internet) fame.
Nowadays, the best way to achieve that is with an anti-Hillary Clinton piece — even one with a headline-friendly quote against the Democratic front-runner will do.
The site has become particularly concerned about Clinton's health (before her birthday, the site's front page splash thoughtfully featured a small cake overrun with 68 candles).

Because she drinks like a fish, fell down, busted her head and had to wear prism glasses. Walks like an old lady who can’t stand up and had to get a private doctor issue a report of “clean bill of health”. That’s why.
Here in Michigan we call her Susan Dumbass for obvious reasons.

Methinks Matt Drudge could buy and sell this person 10 times over. Sounds like she’s trying to make a name for herself by knocking him and creating a stir............old, old trick.
Maybe that's because even the leftie MSM knows their own channels of information are a complete crock.
Those must have been her “smart glasses”...like Perry and Wallass.
She didn’t wear them. That’s one of the reasons she never looked at any text presented to her - she couldn’t read without putting on reading glasses which make her look old. She was probably back to the contact lenses, though.
Demas, the Drudge Report is only repeating what The National Enquirer has been printing for at least a couple of years.

Demas is afraid people might start believing some of the reports of Clinton’s poor health.
One major health incident in public or on camera, and Hillary will likely be history.

To me Hillary looks like she is sick. Something wrong here.

And her inappropriate laughter is a symptom. Could be neurological issue or even a temporal lobe injury but Drudge probably sees something there. He’s not stupid like msn and just takes everything at face value.
Probably because he has contacts who have told him a few things about her health.
Because if she is elected President, she will have the nuclear football, and the voices in her head could tell her to attack Texas.
