In my opinion this is a very poorly thought out 3 point “plan”.
hmm... lemme see if i get this:
there are already millions more people with bachelor’s degrees than there are jobs requiring bachelor’s degrees...so let’s flood the market with even more...huh?
oh wait a minnit! it does make some kinda sense - you’ll have all these underemployed bachelor’s degrees taking whatever job they can get, say flipping burgers...then complaining about having a college degree and not being able to live...therefore we need the 15/hr minimum wage.

The author does not REALLY think that plan is going to trump Hilary and Bernie trying to one-up each other on loan forgiveness, do they?
Persuade jobless youngsters to forego college? Good luck with that, so long as the vast majority of employers have drunk the Kool-Aid of that being a minimal entry requirement.
IMHO the Democrats ARE going to win this by pulling out some massive loan forgiveness scheme next Fall. They are already telegraphing that to one another in the wacko places in the web where they hang out. And not just Progressives. Dig into recent market research done by the real estate industry and they are licking their chops over young people suddenly having hundreds of extra dollars per month to spend.
Yeah, but the millions of materialistic amoral atheists coming out of college will fall for her proposal.
If you are going to change the system with free college for everyone then you are going to have to change the Bankruptcy laws and the people with Student Debt discharge it.
