Well, Trump needs to do the Democrats work; he has been one of their big funders for years. Why shouldn't he spout their claims to destroy his new found party?

“during his reign” the cornerstone faux pas..
if this guy is the alert... aware...smartest guy in the room he claims to be he would not have let “during his reign”..slip out.
now if he’s not.... such untoward statements should become ever more regular features of his campaign...

But he isn’t spouting Truther claims, despite the inflammatory headlines.
You know that.
You’re just trying to smear him.
Who do you work for?
Normal FReepers don’t make false charges against the other candidates. They value the truth and try to stick to it.

Yet another lie from an anti-Trump. He has given far more to Republicans than Democrats. Why don’t you and other haters do your research before opening your mouth and spewing lies? There is a commandment: “thou shalt not bearm false witness against thy neighbor.”

National Review just doesn't get it.
Trump baited Jeb and Jeb fell into the trap.
Trump just handcuffed Jeb to George W.'s administration.
Looks like some on FR don't get it either.;-)
Eventually the GOP establishment and the slow learners on FR will all come round.

Another lame, smear hit-piece from the a group of geldings over at National Review.
“Why shouldn’t he spout their claims to destroy his new found party?”

What's far-fetched is casting Trump's factual statement as
uncomfortably near to trutherism,. Or your pathetic attempt to make an issue of Trump's donations to pols of both parties as a businessman.

All you’re doing here is making yourself look obsessive and silly. The same people at the same publications who’ve been trashing Trump since he announced, and putting the worst possible, twisted interpretation on everything he said past and present are still at it, still trying to damage his candidacy with distortions and misrepresentations.
They, and you, will have the same success, or lack thereof, as was realized in past attempts to trash the leading Republican candidate.

All Donald Trump said was that GWB was Chief Executive at the time of the terrorist attack. Period.
Judging from the extreme defensive and emotionally-based reactions from the likes of NYT, WaPo, NatRev, RNC, ect., it’s obvious they all know Bush and Cheney and Rice eff’d up big time.
As Rush pointed out years ago, liberals always give themselves away.

"Republicans have long said that George W. Bush kept us safe, and what they meant is obvious: He does not deserve much blame for the September 11 attacks, and does deserve some credit for the fact that they had no sequel."Completely false. The WTC attack under Bush WAS the "sequel".
