I completely agree with you.
Statistically the majority of Africans in no way contribute anything worthwhile to the world and are only a drain on the world, it’s disasterous to allow them to keep breeding.
What should have been happening all along, radical programs to prevent Africans from breeding and extensive programs to encourage all Westerners to have at least four children families.
We historically have always been useful in ALL realms from science to every form of Culture, we historically created Civilisation as we know it. Thus Westerners are of crucial importance to the planet.
The Africans historically have been useful in nothing.
We are needed, they aren’t.

They lack the basic elements for success. There is no education. The first thing the governing class did for the industrial revolution is educate the masses. They are also exposed to TV and communism instead of Christianity’s work ethic. And, I suspect nutrition and pollution have lowered the average intelligence to values that are not compatible with today’s needs. Other issues are cultural in that work is not, on average, a concern. A friend went to Africa to help the natives build infrastructure. He said the women did all the work and the men sat around in the shade getting high and watching the Christians build them stuff. He said he’d never go back.
The African Continent was 100% better under Colonial Rule.

Sounds like we could outsource our welfare recipients to Africa - we’ll give em $5 a day. When folks are ready to get a job we can think about letting them back in.

This is impossible, they are unable to do anything for themselves. They have always had to rely on white Westerners to make anything for them and to do anything to advance their environments.
It may be a harsh truth but if a population cannot feed itself then outside helpers feeding them will just allow the African population to keep growing beyond their capacity to take care of there own. In the long run we are not doing them any favors and we are certainly not doing ourselves any favors. Just more hungry Africans looking longingly toward Europe and feeling more and more entitled every day.
Even when given an educational process they fail. They are basically unable to be educated to even a standard beyond basic writing and reading.
One can educate them to do menial tasks, but in general that’s as far as it goes.
This is why so many of them who have come to the West are on welfare and/or doing the lowest level jobs.
It’s thus pointless wasting taxpayers money attempting to educate people who are unable to be educated.
I don’t know why they are not promoting the use of the IUD—the Intrauterine Device. It is a birth control method that stays in place for several years and is highly effective. Where is the United Nations on this? This is one project that would do some good for the world.

Ditto with the Ebola thing. They were being told what not to do, how to avoid Ebola, not to go near those with Ebola. Some woman from the WHO was on the BBC and she said that it was difficult to get them to understand what they were being told.

One bright spot, and perhaps an example other African nations might look to, has been the economic transformation in Ethiopia.
They’ve had 11 straight years of economic growth, with an average annual GDP increase of 10%+ The key to this growth has primarily been a dismantling of state-own enterprises in favor of privatization, easing regulatory burdens, and sound fiscal policy (attracting foreign investment).
To be sure, Ethiopia is far from a market-driven paradise. Citizens still cannot own land (they can only lease it from the government), and a lot of the other problems associated with the 3rd World still linger. They are charting a path to prosperity, however. It’s the only path, IMHO, that will bring the rest of Africa out of grinding poverty. Capitalism works when it is allowed to work.
