Consistent with Obama telling Steve Kroft in the recent 60 Minutes interview that he didn’t know she was using a personal e-mail server.

Can I ask a stupid question?

If nobody signed off on Hillary using the private personal server, then how come she keeps saying what she did was “allowed” and “permitted”; she keeps using those exact words allowed and permitted??? Who allowed and who permitted her to set up her email that way???? Nobody??? Nobody was in charge???

Allow me to answer.

She allowed it.

She permitted it.

Case closed.

Not stupid at all. The MSM doesn’t think like a normal person who would have logically followed up with that question.

They instead realize that their “ protected ones” have just made a major mistake, and don’t want to create any more controversy , or conversely they bail them out

e.g. O’s statement My muslim faith, George S. Your Christian Faith ????

What she is saying is that she did not authorize it, even though she used it.

Simple answer - Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, took it upon Herself to set up the unique set of rules that would be the “controlling legal authority” in all matters regarding the State Department, and therefore, Herself granted the permission to set up the “authorized” server.

A law and universe unto Herself and Herself alone.

A dangerous mindset for anyone who should seek the position of the “most powerful person on the planet”.

Not as President. As the Most Excellent Despot of that territory once known as “the United States of America”.

You people are all missing something.

"Clinton deflected and said that her predecessors had done the same thing and added that other high ranking members of the federal government used personal servers and personal emails."

So, "I did 'cause everyone else is doing it."

WHAT THE F--K!!! I want to know who else, and just how far the Russians, Chinese and Norks are up our government's bum with a flash light. EVERY BRANCH ON THE GOVERMENT IS SUPPOSED TH BE OPEN!!!

How many other servers are hiding Federal bribes, payoffs, phony contracts and Lord knows what else?

What a pair of big brass ones this b!tch has. No one signed off. Because the policy didn’t prohibit it. The “policy” existed well before she took the job.

Blatantly lying. Even if there is a case where personal emails are used, existing (at the time) federal records keeping laws/regulations/rules/procedures REQUIRES them to be kept safe and archived. Sifting through your old emails is NOT archiving. It is evidence tampering.

Obama screwed her on this one when he claimed he DID NOT KNOW about the private server ....... this comes into play because the FBI is investigating her under the Espionage Statute (and whether the material was "classified" or not isn't a factor):

Under 18 USC 793 subsection F, the information does not have to be classified to count as a violation. The intelligence source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity citing the sensitivity of the ongoing probe, said the subsection requires the "lawful possession" of national defense information by a security clearance holder who "through gross negligence," such as the use of an unsecure computer network, permits the material to be removed or abstracted from its proper, secure location.

Subsection F also requires the clearance holder "to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer. "A failure to do so "shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."

Source: FBI probe of Clinton email focused on ‘gross negligence’ provision

How many other govt servers are hiding Federal bribes, payoffs, phony contracts and Lord knows what else?

You don't know how right you really are.

The primary reason why nine Clinton servers are now in the hands of the FBI is that Obama was desperate to get his hands on them.

.....b/c....

The servers contain details of the Clintons' vast wealth...the Foundation billions, the honorarium, the kickbacks for State Dept foreign aid,...

....plus the massive income from insider deals....gold mines, uranium, minerals, oil, arms deals....their real estate holdings, safe deposit boxes, offshore numbered accounts, monies held in Chelsea's name....etc etc etc.

Obama was supposed to be getting a cut of everything...but he's been hearing about deals he never knew existed. And he's feeling shortchanged. Not to mention that Michelle almost had to be sedated when she heard $6 billion was missing from the State Dept contractor's fund when Hillary exited.

The Obamas apparently didn't get a penny of those billions.

There’s an old saying, “It’s easy to get forgiveness than approval”.

It seems that HRC is still trying to work this concept out.

These reporters need to challenge her when she says, “It wasn’t *marked* classified.”

But the reporters just let it stand, as if that lets her off the hook

Did zero in 4 years never get an email from the witch?

You’d think he’d notice that the FROM: address wasn’t .gov.
Someone should have noticed!!

In addition to the leaking and announcing of our plans...our security is pathetic!

CNN’s Jake Tapper might actually BE a journalist... the kind that actually asks questions... and gets answers... Good job Jake.

***********************************************

They also need to ask her if using a private email account/server (I noticed she’s now adding ‘server’ to her statements that others have done it before her) was “permitted” why did she FIRE an ambassador for purportedly doing the same thing?
