Inside the campaign that cant catch a break.
A lot of work goes into maintaining the happy, hopeful bubble around Jeb Bush.
For starters, he doesnt read newspapers in his car, and he avoids their websites on his iPhone. As needed, aides will email him news clips, but only after they have been sanitized of the horse racewhos up, whos downhe despises. Bad news comes heavily vetted if it comes at all.
When Bush is on the campaign trail, out among the public, its harder to filter the information. But he has developed coping mechanisms. When reporters ask about polls, he calls a proverbial 15-yard penalty and loss of down, then refuses to answer. Staffers on the morning briefing call know better than to speak of the latest surveys. During an interview with TIME in early October, he promised not to read this story or any of the other life-or-death crapola about him in the press.
There is a single, defining reason for all this precaution. From the moment Bush began talking last year about a run for the White House, he promised to proceed only if he could do it joyfully.

Jeb’s got a bad case of Egyptian river.
He’s the most joyless campaigner since Ralph Nadar and Bob Dole. He’s an obvious crab who gets annoyed over small things - like a reporter getting too physically close to him.
Lake...yet another LAKE AND EDMUND TOLD YA SO Ping.
Great, just what we need, a president who sticks his fingers in his ears, closes his eyes and shouts “na na I can’t hear you” whenever there is bad news.
I agree.
And not only that, as much as we criticize Mrs. William “I sold missile-guidance technology to the ChiComs” Clinton for having the attitude of “deserving” the presidency (because of her lifelong career in dirty politics and because she’s already served as “co-president), Jeb carries with him that same attitude (because his daddy was president and his brother was president and now, well, it’s his turn).
A sense of “entitlement” is a particularly despicable form of arrogance whether it is in a pampered politician or a welfare cheat.
If Senoir Yeb can’t filter process on his own, he has no business being the POTUS/CINC. Surrounding yourself with only yes men is a sure way to have problems caused by surprises. No leader wants that. No wonder he’s loosing. As well as he should be.
...and the kind of strategy that has produced a string of losers. Just think, the only Republican Presidents since Reagan have been a couple of Bushes.
Oh, and stands on his “tippy-toes!”
You mean the joyful tortoise spends all his time holed up in his shell?
He also refuses to stay at the Trump Hotels.
Pray America wakes
Gotta love it. All day, every day Jeb makes us out to be genius for pointing out how weak a candidate the guy is and has been.
Dearest Jeb: Kindly withdraw and save yourself further humiliation.
Let’s all stay out of the Bush’es!
I think it comes down to being the baby of the family. If you could look into Jeb’s soul, I suspect you would find the only reason he is in politics is it is the family business. If he had his choice, I suspect Jeb would rather have done something else with his life.
No news is bad news Yebster.
Need any help from us conservatives yet? Who needs us when you can rely on your illegals to jettison your way to the top. —of the toes
With any luck, it would be a great white shark.

“Whats Eating Jeb Bush?”
Nobody wants a NWO designated Hillary Clinton gentleman loser (that is he will lose for now, until its his turn after the Queen gives him the nod and steps down)
He operates like its 1989 and being the obvious phony is just whats expected for a candidate, we’ve all moved on, we’re in a spiritual war for the soul of this nation and we’re losing,
Jeb needs to quit listening to his evil daddy and strike out on his own,
Mainly Trump, Carson, & Cruz, I would venture to say.
