PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — The Oregon Court of Appeals affirmed a ruling that a Portland bar owner must pay about $400,000 in damages to patrons he told to stay away.
The state investigated a bar formerly known as the P Club after the owner left a voice message for one of the Rose City T-Girls, a group of transgender customers that frequented the bar Friday nights.

These people are deranged. Nobody in their right mind wants to drink at a bar where they are not wanted.... it defeats the entire purpose of going out to a bar.

Does this mean I can wear my drawers low exposing my back side and not wear any shoes when I go into that bar? Would’t it be discrimination if I were told to go away.....even with the sign “we reserve the right to serve whom ever we want”...guess that won’t work anymore. My dog is my lawful wedded spouse so I can bring him into the bar; owner can’t keep us out or apart....If my aunt had cajones he’d be my uncle......for the lord’s sake that court is wrong! Stand and fight!

A bar up this way called Capone’s had an issue with a group of men in dresses who would have their meetings there and spend the minimum. They would barge into the Ladies Room. Knocking old ladies over with the door. They got thrown out and tried to sue. Luckily one of the old ladies was the WRONG old lady to knock over. Case got thrown out.
