-- They brought the officer who signed the affidavits to testify at property seizure hearings. --

What the sentence in the article reminded me of, was a report that a police officer other than the one who signed the affidavit was asked to sign (either the same or similar), and refused because he knew/believed it was deficient for want of stating probable cause.

LOL! After I posted, I saw you beat me to it. :)

Perhaps TG is too busy seeking asylum in Germany to monitor the Waco threads?

Will he be chanting "Death to Germany!" on the Waco threads now?

Rather, "Deutschland Erwache".

“Eventually, they will have to admit that everyone who was shot was shot by a police officer. They can’t hide it forever.”

Seven of the nine identified bullets from the autopsies were medium or large caliber ....

NOT .223

Eyewitnesses have identified bikers killing bikers.

Police have the videos of bikers killing bikers.

Did the reports include a definition of medium and large? Did the reports give measurements and weights of the "identified bullets"? I missed that.

There were 14 separate wounds identified from the autopsies. I have seen no accounting of the wounds on the injured.

Searching about this morning, I found an interesting report from John Bacon - USA Today. I think we can link only

http://www.wtsp.com/story/news/2015/05/17/9-dead-18-injured-in-shooting-between-biker-gangs-in-tx/27503899/

“Many” cars / motorcycles out of “hundreds” “awash” in bullet holes.

Surely in the several days the crime scene was secured, someone got around to counting all them holes.

That’s 10 of 18 wounded. So that’s, ten more? Add the 14 from the dead and we have 24 hits. Were the other 8 not shot?

Still intrigued by the actual number of bullet holes in cars and bikes. And any strikes to the ground and building.

There were more than 18 wounded.

18 went to the hospital from TP. There might be others like Anderson who escaped the scene with wounds — gun shot, or physical assault. May never know . . .

I have not seen a complete list of the 18 who went to the hospital, but early reporting ~ most were shot, some had knife wounds.~

Some testimony was in the forfeiture document, other info in interviews.

Yes. He didn’t go to the hospital and so was not counted among the wounded.

I would guess there might be others like him. The LE priority was to address those who could still be active threats. Who knows how many got on their bikes or into their trucks and got the heck out of Dodge during that process! And who can blame them?

-- He didn't go to the hospital and so was not counted among the wounded. --

There is at least one version where he went to the hospital and the police knew he was there.

A Tribute to Spaz.... The Bandido Who Didn't Really Run Away... : amyirenewhite.wordpress.com

He was hospitalized for 2 days in Waco under guard before being released. ...

He also wasn't the only one treated this way.. Cossack Philco was also shot and hospitalized then allowed to go home, and allegedly had a cop bullet in him. There is no pattern or reason to the injured that the cops chose to arrest or set free that anyone can tell.

Thanks for that touching link.

If he was hospitalized, and among the 18 wounded, he would be one of the Bandidos wounded who was not arrested. Most of the other wounded who were not arrested, seemingly were Cossacks. I have no clue what this all means to the various theories, but sympathies to the wounded and the dead. That has been my emphasis. Well, for the dead, their families, as the sadly dead are beyond suffering other than for those left behind.

So now it seems there are both in the Cossack and Bandido sides who were wounded and not arrested . . .

?? As you say, we can’t know the reason why some wounded were arrested and some were not. Now we have examples of both Cossacks and Bandidos wounded (as you say) who were not arrested.
