I have a Facebook friend, a former coworker who is Black, that I always thought was reasonably intelligent. Sadly, last ‘Black Friday’, she posted a meme that claimed ‘Black Friday’ is called that as Fridays were the day that the ship captains would throw the slaves over the sides of the ship. Not kidding. Some people are so misguided.

A local hardware store that has Obama 2008 and Obama 2012 posters on the walls went out of business a few months ago...
The owner was white, but he is a leftist...great painter, but he was lousy at business.. :-)
