The reasoning behind the airplane I sort of understand (misguided, maybe, but there is some sense to it). But what reason in the world would they have for photoshopping a black man’s hand into Jeb Bush’s picture?
I think they photoshopped Jeb’s head (and a white right hand) on a black man’s photo. It was probably the only photo they could find with the city view in the background.
It appeared to more likely be Jeb!'s head - a bit smallish at that - Photoshopped onto a black man's figure, along with a right hand of unknown antecedents. All superimposed on a shot of downtown Cedar Rapids. As to why it was done is anyone's guess, but it provides yet another glimpse of the prowess of the GOP-e that most of us (used to) keep hoping would get it right.

During the lead-up the the Clinton Impeachment, I commissioned the same type of banner to fly over and around a Jaguars football game. The banner read, ITS NOT THE SEX, ITS THE LAW. IMPEACH CLINTON
I got 9 friends to chip in $10 each to pay for the $300 total charge.
Maybe today that might cost $500. Geez, what a bunch of losers!

I’m no good with photoshop, but what a tremendous meme it would be if EVERY picture the Jeb campaign puts out is immediately reproduced with a black left hand.
it is THE PERFECT Alynsky opportunity to pick the target, freeze and ridicule it. Turn it into THE ONLY thing people talk about and the first thing they think of when the subject of Jeb comes up. It eliminates his ability to effectively communicate his pablum policies.
