I think they photoshopped Jeb’s head (and a white right hand) on a black man’s photo. It was probably the only photo they could find with the city view in the background.

I see your point, as I’ve done this too with folks not wanting to be in a family reunion photo.

But anyone, even a beginner has enough sense or attention to detail to make the other hand white.

I really think it was on purpose.

Or b/c it was a standing photo and photoshoping his head to a thin black man's body was easier than photoshopping out his gut and moobs.
