But what reason in the world would they have for photoshopping a black man’s hand into Jeb Bush’s picture?It appeared to more likely be Jeb!'s head - a bit smallish at that - Photoshopped onto a black man's figure, along with a right hand of unknown antecedents. All superimposed on a shot of downtown Cedar Rapids. As to why it was done is anyone's guess, but it provides yet another glimpse of the prowess of the GOP-e that most of us (used to) keep hoping would get it right.
