On August 19 the California legislature will take up a new gun control measure, Senate Bill 347–a bill designed to expand the reasons for which California residents can face a 10-year ban on gun possession.
SB 347 is sponsored by state senator Hannah-Beth Jackson (D-Santa Barbara). In 2014 Jackson praised legislation that put “Gun Violence Protection Orders” in place, thereby allowing the state to temporarily deny Second Amendment rights to Californians whose families, friends, or co-workers believed they were a threat to themselves or others.

Reasons for not being “granted” a right to have a gun in California. There only needs to be 3.
1) Living person
2) Born of a human mother
3) Resident of the planet earth
Yes it will go somewhere. They will get this. They got the $15hr minimum wage. They now are trying to reduce cars on the road by 50% in L.A.

So your neighbor does not like your kids walking on his lawn so he tells the “state” that you have a temper and he thinks you are a threat to him. The State can suspend your U. S. Constitutional Right based on this? What the hell is wrong with the people in California?
It must be considered inhumane for a conservative to have to live in the liberal enclave known as Kalifornia. I think I’d rather live in a tent by a river in a freedom state any day.
A much better law would be to ban liberals and liberal ideas which always result in less freedom until there is no freedom left at all.

Personally I would like to see a RICO investigation of the SF Mayor and staff, the SF City Council and staff as accomplices to aiding and abetting murder.
It’s time to return the failed state of California to territorial status. Appoint a governor, disband existing state controlling bodies and legislatures, nullify existing laws and start over.
