GOP presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carsona non-politician whos polling in second place right behind billionaire businessman Donald Trumpwill tour the U.S. border with Mexico after speaking at a rally with thousands of concerned citizens in Phoenix, Arizona. The border tour will be in part by helicopter, led by a local border sheriff, and the only news outlet with exclusive access on the chopper for a firsthand report on Carsons tour will be Breitbart News.
Its literally growing by the hour, Carson spokesman Doug Watts told Breitbart News exclusively on Saturday evening of the planned Tuesday evening rally with Carson in Phoenix. We have over 4,500 RSVPs at the moment and were starting to wonder about switching venues. The response has been overwhelming. We dont even have a coordinator in Arizonait was just an online invitation earlier this week, and the response has been unbelievable. Right now, were expecting somewhere between 3,500 and 6,500.
The Phoenix-area rally will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. local time on Tuesday in Tempe, Arizona, at Grace Community Church. Watts said that Maricopa Countya home to hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of staunch conservativeshas been great to Dr. Carson since his campaign launch, so hes not surprised one iota by the incredible level of interest in this rally.

Watts added that anti-Washington sentiment is growing in America, and has been for over two decades, and this is the year America strikes back.

Thank you Donald Trump. Now the rest of the a$$holes need to go to the border.
More crazies and kooks as John McCain would label and slander.
WOOOOOHOOOOO Ben Carson. HUGE move. Thank you, sir.
Thank you Lord!
Please destroy the DNC/GOPe/MSM DEMONS!,
In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen
Yep, but, McCain won’t come out and say it. That would be racist. I like that Carson is taking a page out of the Trump playbook - ban those media outlets who are trashing you. I love it!
As Bloomberg Politics reports, Carson told listeners on last Wednesday's conference call that if he were president or in a position of power, "under no circumstances" would he "allow a bureaucrat to remove any law-abiding citizen's rights for any kind of weapon that they want to protect themselves."
He continued by saying that he would strive to allow citizens the right to bear "automatic and semi-automatic weapons" and he would stand against any bans limiting ownership of assault weapons or handguns. Additionally, he's opposed to any expanded background check requirement for gun ownership.
Carson admitted that he should have clarified his stance while appearing on Beck's program because he felt he didn't "convey" his gun control stance "appropriately."
"I wanted to convey that, you know, I've lived in urban areas. I've worked in urban areas. I've seen a lot of carnage, and I prefer a situation where the kinds of weapons that create that kind of carnage don't fall to the hands of criminal elements or insane people," Carson asserted. "But that is secondary to the desire to always defend the Second Amendment."
Trouble is with a lot of these politicians, they evolve as they get closer to running for office.
They could be a Willard Romney type of evolution or a Ronald Reagan type of evolution. Only way to know is to watch carefully.
They can come to Virginia and find out why we need enforcement. No need to travel all the way to the border, they’re right here, wherever here happens to be. Every state has been overrun by this time.
I hope that you are not comapairing Carson with the rest of the a$$holes.
I like Carson. He seems like a class act. But I am surprised he’s doing so well. But it shows you how valuable the outsider label is going to be this go round. Meanwhile you have governors of big states like Bush, Kasich, Walker and Christie who can’t get traction due to their establishment ties.
Trump/Carson would be good. Their personalities are so different - they could actually compliment each other. Or Cruz/Carson, if The Donald decides he just wanted to shake things up and show the rest of the field how it’s to be done.
This isn’t a gun-control thread.
WIll he match Trump on immigration
Yep, I lived 35 years in NoVA. It is overrun by illegal aliens, many of them from El Salvador.
It is about time Carson went to the border. Why did it take so long?
And in the case of a Trump, Carson, or Fiorina, their strength is that they are outsiders. But that is also their weakness, as we don't have a past track record of governing history to examine.
