A California judge has ordered the University of Southern California to stay its expulsion of football player Bryce Dixon, who was expelled late last year for alleged sexual assault.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert H. O'Brien granted Dixon's request for a stay of the results of a disciplinary process that was "lacking in due process, with no hearing, no right to counsel, no rules of evidence, no presumption of innocence, no right to possess copies of witness statements and evidence and no right to confront witnesses against him," according to Dixon's writ of administrative mandate.

Dixon's expulsion comes from an accusation of sexual assault lodged against him by a female athletic trainer. She filed two accusations against Dixon, but he was only found responsible for one.

For once, the good guys win one...by going *OUTSIDE* the University, to a real court: where the Bill of Rights still hold!

"Dixon will be allowed to return to classes as soon as his body can be exhumed. His on-campus execution had been highly touted by the university as a necessary "returning fire" in the War On Women"

Lest we forget, these types of incidents were fewer in number when:

1) Students were required to live on campus in single sex dorms.
2) Visitation by members of the opposite sex was not permitted in the dorm rooms. Only in the public parlors.
3) Dorms had curfews administered by a live in house mother.
4) Students had mandated study hours.
5) Social activities involving members of the opposite sex (dances, field trips) were monitored by chaperones.
6) Fraternity and sorority houses had live in house mothers.
7) Parents received student grades. An average grade was a “C”, unlike today when it is a B+. A’s were almost impossible to earn, and required mastery of the subject matter which in turn required hundreds of hours of disciplined study, unlike today when A’s are given out like candy.
8) Forcible rape was a capital offense punishable by the death penalty.
9) Shame existed. People aspired to live virtuous, moral lives. Once’s moral reputation was important and defined his/her character.
10) Professors and administrators promoted character building and morality instead of promoting hedonism and actively working to destroy the culture.

There was a time when universities and colleges were places serious students went to learn and study. Social activities were a minor part of the college “experience”. Today our society views college as a transitional social experience during which young people evolved into adults. Experimentation, not learning, is the primary experience. Rules are self defined, not cultural norms.

In the “old” world issues such as sexual consent were very clear. A virtuous woman did not consent to premarital sex. A virtuous woman did not go to a man’s room unaccompanied by a chaperone. A gentleman respected women and would not comprise the reputation of a single woman. A young single man entering a young women’s room with the intent of engaging in sex knew he was risking being charged with rape and the penalty could be the loss of his life.

In other words, a typical liberal proceeding overseen by arrogant individuals who believe in their intellectual superiority. No need to examine the facts, they will invent the necessary facts and rule consistent with their political objectives.

You are arguing for a return to Marriage 1.0.

This cannot be done without rolling back much of the Gramscian long march through the institutions. (Like abortion.)

The time to start is now, but only because we didn't start earlier.

USC won't reinstate him to the team, which means he is de facto out on his ass. Tragically, he's another tragic victim of white privilege. /s
