I like Judge Napolitano; he’s an honorable man. But its amazing that he still talks as if this country is a nation of laws when its obvious that the law no longer applies to the political elites. They are allowed to delay, parse, dissemble, and evade. Only the little people are held to the letter of the law.
So if the FBI has been dispatched to go after Hillary Clinton I have zero expectation that Obama is not in on it. No way it goes that far without his head nodding. So what's his end game in this? Get rid of Hillary and replace her with who? Or cut a deal with Hillary to drop the investigation in return for what?

“It appears that Teneo Strategies may have been compensating Ms. Abedin for gathering information from government sources for the purpose of informing investment decisions of her consulting clients - or in other words, political intelligence. This raises important questions about whether Abedin’s dual role was adequately disclosed to government officials who may have provided her information without realizing that she was being paid by private investors to gather information.”
Sen Grassley’s letter recounted:

Time to close down the buck-raking Clinton Foundation....all the money there was ill-gottten by using cassified info.
Even the emails that have now been made public contain sensitive information -— including information about Benghazi, said Napolitano, a former judge, in an Aug. 5 conversation with Fox News host Sean Hannity.
“I saw emails that have been revealed under the Freedom of Information Act,” Napolitano said. “And in them, she is discussing the location of French fighter jets during the NATO bombardment of Libya, how big the no-fly zone is, where the no-fly zones are, and are you ready for this? — the location of Ambassador Stevens, who of course was murdered, in Libya. If that is not classified — if she didn’t know that was classified, she has no business being in public office.”
I would be UNDER the brig if I had passed TS/SCI material through even a Secret-level server. JWICS only for this stuff - I wish I could say I’m shocked, but it’s too late for that.
It all a fraud- JD is just doing this so they can completely exonerated Hillary of any charges.
Then when it brought up in campaign it will be a non-issue.
I figured if we’re hearing about it today.... the news is at least a couple of weeks old.
When she handed over the emails to the State Dept., she did so with hard copies (i.e. printed, not electronic) and asked State to release her emails as quickly as possible. The State Dept. noted that it would take them a significant amount of time to review those emails before they could release them because the emails were not in electronic format and therefore not searchable.
Now we find out that her attorney had in his possession a thumb drive containing the emails that were provided to the State Dept. in hard copy. She knew it would take the State Dept. time to review those hard copies. It was a delay tactic.
The Clintonistas have no shame, none, zero, zilch. They are America’s dysfunctional family. If she survives this one she can be the poster girl for Save The Whales.
