One thing about Donald Trump, you don’t have to guess what he’s really thinking … if you can call it that.
Republican-for-now presidential candidate Trump has set himself apart – and ahead in the polls – from the crowded field of GOP candidates with his candid tell-it-like-he-sees-it pronouncements, particularly regarding the hot-button issue of immigration – certainly a topic presidential contenders should address. There are an estimated more than 11 million illegal immigrants in the U.S. and more than 451,000 deportation cases in U.S. immigration courts.
After calling some Mexican immigrants rapists and criminals, Trump has now proclaimed that all illegal immigrants should be deported, with only the “really good people” getting to come back.
While short on details – including how you round up, much less transport, 11 million people, what that would do to local economies, and what constitutes “really good people” – the billionaire businessman and former reality television host minced no words about what he would do with the not-so-good people, “We have a lot of bad dudes, as I said. We have a lot of really bad people here. I want to get the bad ones out. … And, by the way, and they’re never coming back.”
Border agents who see the revolving door firsthand would likely tell him good luck with that.....

I’ve heard that Albuquerque is a liberal hotbed (artisans, elites, etc.). So I’m guessing this paper isn’t what conservatives would call unbiased?

Apparently, the editorial board is comprised of snarky hipsters who fashion themselves “the people’s” intellectual and moral superiors.
You need read no further than "...some Mexican immigrants," to know that this is just another trashy hit piece on Trump.
The writer either does not know the difference between legal and illegal immigration, or deliberately ignores the difference.
