God's word in Romans 1 shows us that God foretold this day. He said men and women would lose natural affections (e.g. babies, motherhood, fatherhood, marriage) and choose unnatural affections (e.g. sodomy, animal worship, idolotry). These perilous days we live in are like the days of Sodom and Noah. Brace yourselves, for these same people outraged by a man lawfully harvesting lions (food) in Africa, will express their outrage at those who expose their hypocrisy and lack of outrage over baby harvesting, dismemberment, and parts sale...
Romans 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
The British press is mostly responsible for the jihad against this Midwest doctor. They combined the British fanaticism towards animals and animal “rights” with their equal hatred of all things American into a noxious brew that made the Oxbow Incident look like a game of Tiddledewinks.
Beware readers of The Telegraph and Guardian. As bad as The Daily Fail is, they at least published articles about British hunters.
This dentist brought it on himself. Karma is catching up to him and it’s a doozy!
Zimbabwe has formally asked the U.S. to extradite the hunter to Zimbabwe for a criminal trial, so they must be outraged as well.
After Obama begged Mugabe to do so.
He should go back for that. He can get another hunting trip in on the way. Is there a zoo he can hit in Zimbabwe?
Not sure where your info comes from, but if you read the article, it will tell you what Zimbabwe thinks.
Do you wear leather shoes?
Oh no are my leather shoes really made from lions?
Third post, that didn't take long.....Welcome back to the anal retentive Cecil Thread stalker.......LOL!
Lol great to see you here too!!!
Time to ignore this ignorant prick..........He's reveling in all the attention he's stirring up on all the Cecil threads.
Not sure where you get your information from, but if you read this article, you will see what the government of Zimbabwe (not one newspaper) thinks.
So far as I can tell the hunt did not take place on the game reserve and the dentist had the appropriate licenses. The guide may have problems, but the dentist should not be extradited to one of the most corrupt countries on Earth and the regime of an America-hating dictator.
Maybe get to do an exotic monkey hunt too!
That’s right at the top of my bucket list. Chimps and baboons!!Maybe even one of those buff gorillas!
Water Buffalo would look great on the big wall in the barn.
So many creatures, so little time.
Just don’t poach. Could get you in some hot water!
Those who believe the interest is bigger than a mere lion could be justified as Cecil, who roamed the Hwange National Park, was the focal point of a research project by Oxford University, Cecil the colonialists Alma mater. Rhodes learnt at Oriel College, a constituent college of the University of Oxford in Oxford, England, for only one term in 1873
The world must know we have tens of thousands of Cecils, only they are not wearing collars, and are not named after colonialists
Well that makes it OK. Cecil the lion was named after a wealthy racist colonialist white guy (Rhodes) and was being studied by people from Rhodes alma mater (well not his alma matter exactly and he only attended a constituent college and only for one term over a hundred years ago, but hey - Oxford = Colonialism) and therefore Cecil deserved to be killed (illegally poached), ironically by a wealthy white guy, who is probably a racists and a colonialist too. And the only reason why anyone not from Zimbabwe, that any white person in the West is upset or concerned about this is only because this lion was named Cecil and represents our love for racists and colonialism.
Do you even bother to read half the crap you post here?
Ah yes...Washpo; bastion of journalistic integrity. Just ask Obama! I prefer Zimbabwe Chronicle.
What is the point of your screed?
Cecil was also the biggest tourist attraction in Zimbabwe and on my bucket list to see. Now I don’t have that! That would have been awesome! Now it will be bittersweet.
