Cruz is a big boy. He can take care of himself. Jeb needs to be exposed on a daily basis. I’m not worried about the campaign. Let them duke it out and may the best man win!

Walker and the rest of the GOP running mates need to wake up. What Trump is doing is working and if it reminds him of the way Democrats fight just maybe that is why it is working. What Trump is doing is retail marketing to target customers. That is how you build a brand that people care about. The biggest thing you see in polling data concerning the GOP is that there is a BIG disconnect between GOP-E Political Class and the grassroots rank and file GOP. The Democrats on the otherhand are fairly happy with their party because their party is constantly supporting and promoting the issues they care about. Its not rocket science and if they don’t wake Trump is going to clean up the stage with them and laugh all the way to the Presidency. He is the one candidate that I have little doubt would go full bore against Clinton even if its simply because he doesn’t want to lose. Trump isn’t my candidate but its nice to have a GOP candidate who actually sees this as a fight to win and isn’t trying to simply be the boring straight laced alternative to crazed liberalism.

Yep, we’ve heard it since Walker was first elected. You should see the Walker Nazi pictures.

You know all of this is from left wing union types, probably teachers unions they will be like rats all over Walker. It’s actually funny how the fear him.

Yeah but will it be so funny when the unions GOTV and crush a Walker led GOP ticket in OH, PA, NV, etc.?

Walker’s support of TPA is the last nail in the GOP coffin if he gets the nomination. He’ll never be POTUS.

A comment from that Breitbart article sums it up. Walker’s fingerprints are all over the Dayspring hire:

pinecone321 • 19 days ago

The Brad Dayspring hire to run Walker’s super PAC was announced on June 30. At that time Walker had full access and say in who had a role in the super PAC.

According to the FEC, the firewall when candidates can no longer communicate with the PAC is after they formally announce their candidacy which Walker just did yesterday. When Walker made his comments about Dayspring, that he doesn’t work for him, it was just last night after Walker made his formal announcement.

He was technically correct that he can no longer have any communication with Dayspring, but he had every ability to say no to Dayspring for two weeks leading up to his announcement.

This is the rhetoric game Walker likes to play on many issues. It’s similar to Walker saying that he had nothing to do with the votes in Congress on Immigration, therefore whatever he said about supporting amnesty at one time should be deleted because he didn’t actually cast a vote for the Gang of 8 legislation, or the Kennedy/McCain amnesty bill back in 07, even though back then he was writing letters, and doing interviews in support of amnesty.

Scott Walker is a very slick used car salesman. If you just look at the shiny paint job, and the new tires, but don’t check under the hood, and the vehicle dies before you get it to your driveway, it is your problem. Buyer beware applies to Scott Walker.

Walker never apologized nor did his volunteer apologize. Walker is responsible for his teams public comments.

This and the fact that he is best buds with Ryan and Priebus concern me.

I also follow him on Twitter and his campaign style reminds me of Lamar Alexander. He posted a picture of himself with a United Airline crew and thanked them for taking such good care of him in row 33. Row 33 would be in coach. He might fly in coach but I can’t help but think he is trying to come off as folksy the same way Lamar Alexander walked the state of Tennessee in a plaid flannel shirt in order to convince people he was one of them.

You know how that ended. Lamar is one off the biggest establishment rinos in the senate.

Yep. I really wanted to like Walker after the way he slapped the unions but there is too much smoke and alarm bells going off. He’s a careerist GOPe hack, no doubt.

>>Yep. I really wanted to like Walker after the way he slapped the unions but there is too much smoke and alarm bells going off. <<

The only smoke in the room is Trump using Democrat talking points to attack Walker. Every one of them are complete b.s.

That should raise an alarm bell or two with you...but no...

And you’re right, Walker took on the unions at considerable risk, and won. Counts for nothing now though, right? Meanwhile, Trump lies about Walker’s record and gets defended for doing it?

The debates could get really, really, interesting....

Agree.

Also, he and his wife do not have the presidential look. Voters are superficial.

" Don’t think your man is going to be immune from Trump’s attacks especially when it appears that Trump, Jeb, and Ted will probably survive the early primaries and be the final three fighting for the nomination. If Trump seriously wants the presidency and he’s in contention going into the March primaries in the south he’ll go nuclear on Jeb and Ted."

That's about the funniest thing I've heard in all of this unhinged Trump worship, and believe me, that's saying something.

You clearly are totally unfamiliar with Cruz's verbal skills. Cruz is being a gentleman right now, as is his nature, and I'm sure he doesn't take Trump seriously. That's why he can afford to be kind to him at this point.

But when and if the rubber meets the road, Cruz will fillet your liberal Democrat personality cult hero as he flails and blusters. Good Lord, there wouldn't even BEGIN to be a contest. And the fact you think Trump could take Cruz in debate is just....well, it's laugh-out-loud funny.

Looks like Walker hasn’t yet figured out that the more you attack Trump, the more popular Trump gets and the more unpopular the attacker gets.
