Must be because Trump is cleaning the GOPe clock in the media. So tired of worthless people like Boner telling me they have done everything they can to stop ODumbass. Then have Trump who is not in government do more in a election cycle.

Nah we gotta unite behind him no matter what! Isn’t that what all the lesser evils demanded? So you are saying that was a really idiotic thing to do?
Progress!

"When the August recess is over, if Meadows wants toor any other member wants tothey could offer the motion to vacate the chair and remove Boehner as Speaker of the House as a privileged resolution, which means it gets a floor vote in full without the consent of Boehners leadership team. That means the Speaker is extraordinarily vulnerable, and his conservative opposition could make a move whenever, wherever they want toand when they have the votes to remove him from office." From the article. That is news to me as I never knew a "privileged resolution" existed. If that is the case, everyone should encourage Meadows to do just that if he knows for certain he has the votes to remove Bonehead "orange man" Boehner.

Anybody not believe the Rats would not vote yes just to keep such a gutless wonder as the “opposition” leader?

I would submit that any Republican who votes to save Boehner should be ousted in the primaries. Maybe if they feared that, they’d finally undo some of the damage they did by electing him as Speaker.

That’s just silly.
In order for that to happen a republican would need to have a spine.
