To be clear, it doesn’t mean Boehner lacks have a majority in the GOP House caucus. It means there are enough votes to deny him the Speakership in a whole House vote without Boehner having to deal for Democrat support.
Likely the eventual Speaker would still be a RINO, but it would not be Boehner.
Well we could have been rid of the pathetic in November. But thanks to lesser evil voting, here we are.
