Friday was Quds Day, the day where Iranians gather in streets and chant their hatred towards the United States and Israel.

The Free Beacon describes the scene in Iran:

Hoards of Iranians could be seen in the streets in cities across the country. They waved signs advocating the destruction of Israel and America and also rallied in support of the Palestinians seizing Jerusalem.

“Demonstrators chant[ed] slogans in condemnation of the Zionists’ crimes in the occupied Palestinian lands,” Iran’s state-controlled Fars News Agency reported.

Chants of “Down with the U.S.” and “Down with Israel” could also be heard echoing through the streets, according to Fars.

We must be so enlightened as to never burn Iranian or “Palestinian” flags in response.

Might just be that the doj is rounding up any and all the Johnny Reb flags they can find and shipping them over there for some “cleansing”. I know it would certainly lift a lot of guilt off my shoulder. Oh. No it wouldn’t since there isn’t any.

Negotiating with lunatics over nuclear weapons.

Only a liberal would do this and think it will turn out well.

Gee, I wonder if we could send Oprah Winfrey or Bill Clinton or Tom Hanks or Jon Stewart or Barbara Walters or Rosie O’Donnell or Barbra Streisand or Ben Affleck or Ashton Kutcher over there to try to talk sense to these people. After all, they should be able to discuss with Iranians about their man in the White House and how he means well in all of this (sarc).

Now that the Progressives have finally decided that a flag is not “just a piece of cloth” and represents a history of pain and suffering and struggle, we can now take the Iranians burning our flag as Iranians burning our ancestors, right?

Or is that too CONSISTENT for the Proggies.

Not even Neville Chamberlain would sign a ‘piece of paper’ with these Iranian kooks but Big Ears and Break-a-Leg will not be out-done by the old Brit. Piece of shiite in our time.
