Hillary Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, have been ordered to give depositions in a civil case investigating the pair’s growing email scandal.
Mrs. Clinton will giver her deposition on the morning of July 28 in Washington, and Mr. Clinton will give his the following morning, according to copies of the notices of deposition reviewed by The Washington Times.
The case, filed by Freedom Watch founder and former federal prosecutor Larry Klayman, alleges the couple committed criminal violations under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
According to a statement from Freedom Watch, the suit alleges Mrs. Clinton, the front-runner for the 2016 Democratic nomination, covered up these crimes by destroying her personal emails sent during her time as Secretary of State.

Don’t forget America, it was the CIVIL Lawsuit brought by Paula Jones against Slick Willy that created his “Willfully misleading the court in a Federal Civil Rights Case”.
It cost him 850,000 dollars, he was Impeached in the House of Representatives and he was disbarred in Arkansas and publicly humiliated.
This should be fun to watch. Most likely the first time Hillary has been placed under oath under fear of Perjury since her White Water Investigation days.

What a laugh. Mayor Kevin Johnson of Sacramento had been doing the same thing. (Sacramento news and Review) His lawyer has threatened to sue SN&R over a FOIA. The house organ of the rat party (Sac Bee) caved and withdrew.
Clintons under oath? That didn’t go so well for Bill on the last go-around.

Serving them with notices of deposition and actually taking their depositions are two very different things. As I read the article, Klayman has served them with deposition notices and that is all.
The only way the Clintons will ever give their depositions in this lawsuit is if the trial court denies their motions to quash and orders their depositions, the court of appeals then denies their appeal, the supreme court then denies their appeal, hell freezes over, and monkeys fly out of Hillary’s butt.

Yes, and it will provide a written record of what they said. Hopefully there will be stuff in there that will form the basis for further investigation by folks like Judicial Watch. I used to take a jaundiced view of Larry Klayman, but these people are scoring some significant hits at the moment.
