Obama administration unveiled new rules Wednesday to rid the country of racially segregated neighborhoods by directing cities and towns to set goals for reducing segregation, and then regularly report their progress to the feds.
Communities nationwide will be given a series of questions designed to help them figure out whether racial bias is causing segregated neighborhoods, racial or ethnically concentrated areas of poverty, unequal access to opportunity or disproportionate housing needs in their jurisdiction. They will be required to set goals related to that data and publicly report on their progress every three to five years.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development rule is intended to prod communities to meet fair housing standards established in the Fair Housing Act of 1986, by making previously unavailable or unreliable data accessible to the public, which could then use the data as an impetus for change...

The federally subsidized forced integration of different cultures and groups in America and Europe is of extreme Biblical significance. It was God himself who divided the nations in Genesis 11. He separated us into groups using language, in order to mitigate the tide of evil the leaders and principalities of the world were planning.
Under the auspices of "unfair housing practices", this administration and European leadership as well, are working feverishly to undo the Babel Effect. The obvious endgame is to dilute the voter base of conservative voting areas with other cultures who will vote for whoever provides free housing, free food, free car, free phone, free college, or any other government handout in order to implement their utopian progressive agenda.
Zechariah 5 and Revelation 18 reveal that this scheme will come crashing down. Everyone who partakes in theft (thou shalt not steal) will be consumed by this fundamental transformation of the economic order. In the end, God will get the last laugh as he always does, when the kings, rulers, and merchants (billionaires) of the earth mourn at the downfall of the new "Babylon the Great"!

The government will subsidize new, or existing, homes for these people. You will get your money, but you will not get to determine who buys your home (with government money).
He published this idea a long time ago as one of his major policies. Not unexpected.
“They will be required to set goals....” What’s the penalty for non-compliance? How will they enforce this totalitarian dung - consent decree? Withholding of federal monies? Homeland Security disappearing squads? How much federal money does Cornland, Illinois (an actual community) receive? Similarly, what happens if Cornland, Illinois simply ignores the whole matter - no ‘goals’ and no reports?
By what authority or statute is this enacted?
This may very well be “Agenda 21” in action. But like you said, it will fail (in the end)!
