Breitbart.com ^ | July 7, 2015 | Ben Shapiro

On Monday, National Review ran the latest in its series of horrifying stories about the attack on rule of law in Wisconsin. Columnist David French relates the story of “Jonah,” a 16-year-old accosted by “uniformed officers, their guns drawn” at his door. These officials then “ordered him not to tell anyone about the raid – not even school officials. He asked if he could call his parents.

Until I hear that Scott Walker is doing every thing possible to remove from office and prosecute/imprison everyone responsible for these raids I can’t consider him to be a serious presidential candidate.

Seems to me that they issue “Gag Orders” in the hope that it will be violated and then they can prosecute People for that.

Unfortunately, such partisan use of legal proceedings in violation of Constitutional norms has become regularized under Democratic rule.

Wisconsin? Democratic rule? Walker? What? WTF?

Walker being elected and re elected didn’t move all the liberals in power out of Wisconsin......it’s still a liberal state and especially Madison and Milwaukee....

H/T to our FRiend Biggirl for the post.

We have seen how the IRS has been weaponized by the regime - we have observed the arming and spinning-up of Federales as paramilitary troops. We have watched state and county LEO's geared up to play "Timmy Tacticool" as well.

And now that they have the gear, they are showing the will to use it - against the enemies of the state as put forth by DHS and the SPLC five years ago.

Do you feel "protected and served" yet?

These John Doe warrants were misused by liberal DAs, LEOs and particularly, biased Judges, to abuse a law meant for other purposes than political. All of the participants in this from the DA, to Judges, to LEOs who enforced them should be put in prison.

This is bizarre stuff and somewhat difficult to believe.

To believe this, I have to assume that EVERYONE who was told by a pig not to contact a lawyer, listened to the pig.

There is NO WAY IN HELL that I wouldn’t contact a lawyer, regardless of what a pig says. It is MY RIGHT as an AMERICAN to have representation...and to contact a lawyer any time I want.

I suspect most people here feel the same - which is why I have so much trouble believing our side of the story...somehow they all listened to what the pigs demanded?

The Left loes so much we don’t even know if the raids even occurred. The Left loves to stage false flag to push agendas as well.

“We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.” Barack Hussein Obama, 7/2/2008
They don’t call it a Civil Defense force, that would imply we need (or perhaps that we deserve) defense. The official name is National Civilian Community Corps.

I think of it as the NatCCC, or more simply, as the NatCs...

I’m with you.

Scott Walker should have been screaming from the rooftops about this fascist outrage when in happened last September, gag order or no gag order. The fact that he didn’t is unacceptable.

But that is precisely what the government now does. In Oregon, partisan Democrat Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian issued a gag order against Aaron and Melissa Klein, the owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa. That couple had refused to serve a lesbian wedding, was sued by the obnoxious lesbians (they accused the Kleins of “mental rape”), and was fined by the state to the tune of $135,000 and then shut down. Now, Avakian forced them to “cease and desist” from: [P]ublishing, circulating, issuing or displaying, or causing to be published…any communication to the effect that any of the accommodations…will be refused, withheld from or denied to, or that any discrimination be made against, any person on account of their sexual orientation.

I have read that Avakian has children that are homosexual from posts online so it makes me wonder if his personal bias had anything to do with his decision...if so an appeal needs to be filed.

I agree, and it’s unreasonable to blame Walker for their actions.
