The only reason candidates hold media events is so that the media will attend them and report favorably on the candidate.
So here we have Hillary publicly humiliating the media at an important event, which has led the media to report unfavorably on her.
A presidential candidate who uses rope to contain reporters during her candidacy is likely to use more rope to hang reporters with once she gains power. Yet the media refuses to fight back.

Since he first announced his candidacy, Obama has been treating the media like the stuff one would wipe off one’s shoes after walking through a dog park, but they keep coming back for more.
They will do the same with Hillary, regardless of ‘humiliating’ rope lines and such. That is who they are. That is what they do.
