Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina told Chuck Todd on NBC's "Meet the Press" that if the Republican party doesn't change its official position on same-sex marriage it will "hurt" the GOP in 2016. In 2012, the Republican platform read, "We reaffirm our support for a Constitutional amendment defining marriage as the union of one man and one woman."

Republicans don’t fight. They prefer to wait for a future, perfect confluence of stars, planets, molecules, electrons, and rap star endorsements. Then they will fight, at least they claim they will fight.

From what I could see, conservatives had the vote split between about 15 candidates going after each other instead of Linda.
...And replace it with rejecting the federal decision as utterly unconstitutional. The Constitution, the ONLY source of federal power, gives the feds NO POWER to interfere in any way with marriage. The Constitution is at the center of this and every federal act and is the basis of it's validity or illegality.
The GOP won't do that becasue they are more worried about the future of the GOP than they are the future of America.
The fight is at the state level. STATES: stand up for YOUR freedom and YOUR Constitution, the only legal bulwark of freedom against federal tyranny, and reject and nullify unconstitutional federal acts and decisions which by definition are acts of tyranny. NOW is the time. DON'T wait for COS or Constitutional amendments that may or may not come. ACT NOW!!!
