EXCLUSIVE: A former charity executive who helped expose a questionable $500,000 donation to the Clinton Foundation is now being threatened by her old bosses with a lawsuit seeking tens of thousands of dollars, FoxNews.com has learned.
Sue Veres Royal, former executive director at the Happy Hearts Fund, was initially quoted in a May 29 New York Times article that said the charity lured Bill Clinton to a 2014 gala only after offering a $500,000 donation to The Clinton Foundation. His office previously had turned down the charity's invitations, but this time he accepted; the accompanying donation amounted to almost a quarter of the gala's net proceeds.

Why would a charity need confidentiality agreements if they were totally honest?
I actually hope that HHF files a law suit. Discovery will be great pop corn time.
WHO are the lady’s bosses that are threatening a lawsuit?? I want NAMES because they are probably as crooked as can be. Maybe Happy Hearts Fund is a SLUSH FUND ALSO.
BUMP!
I don’t think they (ex-bosses) will actually file a lawsuit.
Just enough intimidation to keep others in check.
I think that an examination of the charities that paid for Clinton to show up for speaking events is needed I bet that it will be found that most of them in some way are connected to businesses that make there money off of government contracts or need the government to ignore what they are doing because what they do is a grey area that the Enforcement of government regulation can impact the probability of there indexers.

How unsurprising...
NO ONE may dare challenge the Democrat “Leadership” in today’s Amerika, without consequences.

Who's in?
>>NO ONE may dare challenge the Democrat
>>Leadership in todays Amerika, without consequences.
Uhuh.
And anybody who does might find that “perception” (or the manufacture thereof) makes it impossible for them to function in the corporate/collective “cult-ure”.
Worshiping Shiny Trains, Buses, Airports, Roads, and assorted socialist infrastructure is perfectly acceptable on The Company’s intranet blog site...
But responding by asking “Who’s going to pay for it?” is “political”.
And “political” speech is verboten by der Cult-ure...(especially when der 1stCult-ure is [coinkidinkly] in the bidness of financing the McInfrastructure).
The Demagogic Party leaders have as their role models the Sandinistas -- condemn the alleged ruling class, steal and extort from the public treasury, then take over the former mansions of the alleged ruling class.
Wonder how much money was donated to the Clinton Foundation for this “award?”

Reese Witherspoon, Charlize Theron, Salma Hayek and Chris Martin take a break from Golden Globes festivities to help the veteran actor with Haitian relief
Sean Penn’s ardent dedication to the ongoing recovery of Haiti and its residents got a $6 million shot in the arm thanks to the help of some of his A-list friends on Saturday night.
Fittingly titled “Sean Penn & Friends Help Haiti Home,” the 4th annual gala and fundraiser was held at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills and featured former President Bill Clinton, performances from many of Penn’s industry pals, including Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin and a surprise finale from The Red Hot Chili Peppers.

In a 20-minute speech, Clinton mentioned the political unrest in Haiti and praised Penn for sticking with the country over the years. He also thanked Haitis former Prime Minister Laurent S. Lamothe (who was in attendance), calling him “the most decisive public official I have walked with in Haiti in more than 20 years.” Added Clinton: “For helping welcome us in your country and making sure that we never forget it was your country and your people’s country, it meant a lot to me and it meant a lot to Sean.”
Clinton noted the work of J/P HRO in an effort to encourage guests to open their pocketbooks, saying, “You will never contribute to an organization that will give you a higher probability of having your good intentions turned into real positive changes in other people’s lives.”

Other talented stars who took the stage included Rozzi Crane (with a rendition of Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On”) and the Chili Peppers, who closed the event with a 30-minute set. Before their performance, the live auction featured many lively moments, including Stiller spending $150,000 to take home Zoe’s curated fashion lot and a $1.5 million score comprised of three separate $500,000 bids to travel to Haiti with Penn and Clinton.
The night was presented by Lynne and Marc Benioff and sponsored by Jeep and NRG Energy Company. Douglas Brinkley filled in as emcee for an absentee Anderson Cooper, who was needed by CNN to cover the fallout in France following the Charlie Hebdo tragedy.
While much of Hollywood lent their voices and wallets in the immediate aftermath of the tragic 7.0 magnitude Haiti earthquake 2010 that claimed the lives of at least 150,000 people five years ago, Sean Penn has stuck with it for the long haul.
The Oscar-winning actor continues to spend more time on Haitian relief efforts than he does making movies, fronting the J/P Haitian Relief Organization.
On Saturday evening, Penn rallied famous cohorts including Charlize Theron, Reese Witherspoon, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and Salma Hayek to honor former President Bill Clinton at the star-studded 4th Annual Help Haiti Home Gala, raising $6 million for the cause along the way.
After thanking government officials, former intelligence officials (hint Valerie Plame), and United States military for their service took the country, Penn praised Clinton — who took home J/P HRO’s Louverture Medal of Commitment — for his relief efforts on the ground.
