VIENNA (AP) — A man apparently distraught over personal issues drove his SUV into a crowd in Austria's second largest city Saturday, killing three people and injuring 34 others, three of them children, officials said.

I’ve heard that he’s Bosnian, but do we know for sure he’s muslim? Sure has the hallmarks of sudden jihad syndrome.

The problem is, there’s no car control.
There should be a two week waiting period.
There should be background checks.
There should be limits on the size of the gas tank.
Automatics shouldn’t be allowed!
That’s what happens when you allow just anyone to drive and SUV. We need to ban SUV’s and froce people to use public transportation. It’s the only way to be sure! ;-)

This was in Graz, which has an excellent military museum showcasing a large number of suits of armor (each unique) and horse’s armor—a legacy of the time when the city was near the front lines in the war against the Ottoman Turks. From the 1520s to the 1680s most of Hungary was under Turkish rule—Graz isn’t too far from the Hungarian border.
