8:00pm - Take the light rail to the nearest suburban area and break into whitey’s house and take bake their stuff ie. “Manual Wealth Redistribution”
11:00pm - Take the light rail back to urban setting and locate 24 hour pawn shop to fence the “goods” for cold hard cash.
12:00am - Find crack distributor and buy as many raw rocks as possible.
1:00am - Cut the crack rocks with other white substances.
2:00am - sell the crack rocks and take cash and buy coke (the drug)
3:00am - Get High as a kite.
4:00am - “secks with the biotches”

You have got to be kidding me. I live in Annapolis near Baltimore. Spend the $2.9M on building a prison, up prison terms, increase police officers pay instead. These thugs don’t care about working. If I were there I would support the rail project. Riding a train I don’t need to worry about losing my car in a pot hole.
On a trip to Baltimore I avoided a pothole on a bridge through which I could literally see the ground below
They brought the light rail to Hunt Valley when I lived there and it could have easily been named the crime rail. It’s another financial hole into which taxpayer money gets poured, that only one group of people use. This is how Baltimore City exports it’s crime problem to the privileged suburbs....that and section 8 housing.
They just don’t get it, do they?
Those neighborhoods need a moral and cultural change, not a chance for their younger residents to wreak havoc on trains, with more money being futilely thrown at them with this project. The neighborhoods are isolated, because nobody sane wants to go there.

If this new rail line has special applications that somehow make freeloaders want to get up and go to work and don’t see how this solves anything.
